What services are included in your WordPress maintenance plans?

To keep your WordPress site in top condition, our maintenance plans offer routine updates, security oversight, performance improvements, and technical support.

Note that we do not include graphic design, website design, copywriting or logo design in our WordPress management plans. Clients need to supply their own images and copy. Image editing or copywriting can be arranged at our current hourly rate.

Looking for a personalized plan or add ons?

These plans are exclusively for a single WordPress site, but if you have several sites, we provide special discounts. If you need more monthly modifications or new functionality we can create a Custom Plan for you. Please notice that E-commerce sites are part of the Premium Plan only.

Is there an option if I don't need any support / modifications time?

We have a Maintenance Only plan at $65/month (Basic Care Plan), ideal for those who prioritize a hassle-free website experience with hosting, updates, security, backups, and performance optimization, but don’t need support or modifications time.

What does Simple Modifications covers?

Unlimited 30-minute fixes or changes. Turnaround based on normal business hours.

Simple Modifications are minor updates that help improve or fix the website such as posting content or content modifications, fix issues, and optimize pages (i.e. image or slide alterations, and event incorporations).

It excludes responsibilities like social media management, setting up membership sections, online stores, or other intricate systems. Support time is measured in 30-minute intervals.

What if I need more support time/hours?

We provide technical support for simple updates (30-min fixes or changes), content posting, fix issues, and page optimization. Enhancements beyond your monthly time will be quoted separately. Custom pages, copy, stores, and membership add-ons are not covered.

Requests shorter than one hour would be quoted at a discounted rate depending on which plan you are on ($45/per modification for the Premium Care Plan, $55/per modification for the Advanced Care Plan, $65/per modification for the Basic Care Plan).

Requests longer than one hour will receive a separate quote. Upon approval, extra hours will be billed at $125/hour.

Is there a long-term contract for WordPress maintenance services?

We do not require long-term contracts. Our services are available on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to decide how long you want to use our services based on your needs.

How do I get started for my WordPress site?

Get started by picking a plan tailored to your website’s demands.

Afterward, we conduct a thorough technical audit to identify any necessary enhancements or fixes before migration. This detailed analysis guides in boosting your website’s performance.

How do I cancel my plan?

If you wish to cancel, update, or upgrade your plan, just send us an email, and we will make the changes for you.

All plan changes will take effect the following month.
